その辺の基本構造は理解しております。
もうちょっと突っ込んだ意味で御教授願えればな..と。
(例えば「どちらも結果はrestartだが、init.dスクリプトの方がデリケートな
restartだ」とか...)

  ...シェルスクリプトが読めるに越したことはないのですが。
