cfgmaker ってデフォルトはネットワークカードのトラフィック量
を測るための cfg ファイルを作るんだった気がします．

interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.1 = lo
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.2 = eth0

たまたま，そのマシンにはネットワークカードが刺さっていないと
か?
Load Average や CPU 使用率等を測るなら，その MIB 情報を引っ
張るとうまくいくと思います．
