Hi folks.

I've just tried:

inn start
<new news arrived>
cp /var/lib/news/active active--
inn restart
diff active active--
<there was difference>
ctlinnd renumber ""
diff active active--
<there was no difference>

As you can see, the bug is still in and easy reproducable.
