自己フォローです

　CreativeのSound Blaster PCI64ですが音が鳴りました(mpg123で)。
　Kernelのmake時の設定は以下のような物です。おかしい箇所は指摘して下さい。
　ディストリビューションはPlamo1.3でKernelのバージョンは2.0.35です。
　ドライバはUSS(Unix Sound System) Liteの3.5.4を用いているようです。

・チェックしたのは、
Sound Blaster(SB,SBPro,SB16,clones) support
/dev/dsp,/dev/audio support
MIDI interface support
FM Synthesizer(YM3812/UPL-3) support

・設定する値は、
I/O base for SB        :220
Sound Blaster IRQ      :  5
Sound Blaster DMA      :  1
Sound Blaster 16bit DMA:  5
MPU401 I/O base of SB16,Jazz16 and ES1688 :330
SB MPU401 IRQ          : -1

　設定は殆どWindows98の「アクセサリ」の「システム情報」で得られました。

・dmesgすると次のようになっています。
