[cola:10295] COMMERCIAL: BalanceNG 1.455 available: Extended online help and a new "session" based distribution method

Changes:
* The online help function has been extended with subtopics 
   (vrrp, network, gateway, server and target).
* A new distribution method "session" has been added choosing the target which 
   holds the least number of current sessions.
* The manual has been updated to 1.455.0.
* Updated Beta distributions are available for Solaris 9+10 (SPARC) and Solaris 10 (x86).

BalanceNG (Balance Next Generation) is a modern software IP load balancing solution
running on Linux operating systems (2.4 and 2.6 kernels, distribution independent).

BalanceNG is small, fast and easy to use and setup. It offers session persistence, 
different distribution methods (Round Robin, Random, Hash and Least Resource) and 
a customizable UDP health check agent (available in source code). 

BalanceNG supports VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) to set up High Available 
configurations on multiple nodes.
