I am pleased to announce the release of GNU Ocrad 0.11.
Ocrad is the GNU OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program.

Changes in version 0.11:
*A new option '--scale' has been added.
*Improvements in character recognition have been made.
*A bug in the '--transform' code has been fixed. (It was introduced in 0.10).
