look. Raju Mathur of Delhi has given it a new lease of life, by making it a 
very collaborative project.

be done with this site.  The only tools you need are this browser, your mouse 
and your keyboard.

If you would like to submit news (about FLOSS in your region) or announce any 
upcoming event, and if you're having a difficulty in doing so, just email me a 
copy. I've volunteered to help with the news pages; you too can similarly 
support some other section.
