Design. The Pepper Pad[1] is sort of a Tablet PC equipped with Montavista
Embedded Linux[2]. The Pepper Pad offers the simplicity of a PDA with PC-like
capabilities. The Pepper Pad can be customized with faceplates, is rugged
enough to survive a backpack or briefcase and is splash resistant. Optional
accessories include a CD-R/DVD and full-size wireless keyboard. Pepper
Computer is looking for business partners interested in manufacturing the
Pepper Pad or similar Wi-Fi devices. See TuxMobil.org for more information
about Linux on TabletPCs[3].
