- If the regent stop message was not detected
the ruler do not restart it.

- When the last users disconnected, the terminal
still count the user as present, the terminal
detailed list say "no user on line"

- If the contract definition is without
"billedto" field (data-base corrupted or
mistake), Regulus is looping when the
contract is exhausted.

- If you assign a RECURRING contract IN
"Previous End" mode, while the ASSIGNED
product time frame do not cover the full
day (you do not want the customer be able
to dial-up at sometime in the day) AND
user dial-in in the forbidden time in the day
Regulus will issue "tons" of contract
for that users during the session duration..
