The new version of SNAPIX Special Edition for LINUX (SEL) is
available for free, for personal and commercial use.
SNAPIX is an interface and application generator which allows
you to use X11 and Motif libraries under Unix with ease.
SNAPIX significantly reduces the length of the development cycle
thanks to its easy to use, graphics editor which is synchronised
with the program text editor.
SNAPIX provides a true object oriented, event-driven language
(inheritance, polymorphism, instantiation, messages, etc).
Within only a few hours of getting to know SNAPIX you will be
able to start designing your first graphical applications.
SNAPIX SEL is supplied complete with statically linked Motif
libraries so no royalties are due to OSF.
Commercial versions of SNAPIX are available for SCO, Linux,
Lynx Os, Solaris (sparc), AIX, HPUX. - however,
in these cases, you must have a full commercial Motif license.
SNAPIX - a stable product

The first version of SNAPIX based on the syntax still in use today
was delivered in February 1990 (FCS). Since then SNAPIX has been
greatly enhanced with new properties, functions and objects and
ever-improving performances. SNAPIX is a mature, robust product,
well able to meet the requirements needed to build fast, friendly,
reliable applications.
