| European Universities Linux User Groups lists |

This simple ASCII art should be sufficient to kick off
not one, but two announcements:
1. There is a set of 5 mailing lists for Linux User
Groups at European universities, hochschule and
other places where higher and/or technical education
is taught.
The main reason for the lists is to bring together
the different LUGs and hacker/students in Europe and
to share our knowlegde without the incendiary nature
of interaction-by-usenet.
The lists are:
- eulug-action What should we do with our LUG?
- eulug-announce Announcements by LUGs about activities
- eulug-devel GURU-talk (relatively speaking)
- eulug-help How do I do this-and-that without
starting a flamewar?
- eulug-misc ... euhmm? ...
Some of the lists could also be of interest to LUGs
from outside Europe or to individual students inside
Europe. Like with all Linux things, everybody is free
to join so subscribe today...
2. You've seen the ASCII art. Now you know we need a LOGO
for the EULUG lists and info centre...
Consider this the official announcement for the logo
contest for the EULUG site. Rules and conditions will
be made available on humbolt.geo.uu.nl very soon.
