Greetings everyone.
After talking to some places, we have a meeting place for next week.
Shakeys Pizza at the corner of Overland and Orchardin Boise has a place
reserved for us on Thursday, March 5. We are in back in the raised
platform.
They will also be offering us a discounted price on the Smorgasbord Dinner
of 4.59 (IIRC). We have the location reserved at 730 pm.
The dinner specials last till 8pm. I believe this is for starting out only
(ie they quit taking orders at 800),
so if you want to eat there, I suggest arriving around 730.
Some of the topics we nee to discuss this month:
o Direction
Where do we see the group headed, what do we want out of it?
o Membership Directory
We should organize a directory, so that we can contact each other.
o Newsletter
This is something else we need to set up.
o Who are you?
We should find out everyone's strengths and talents in the Linux
world. This way we can better co-ordinate our efforts in the Linux
Community.
