March is a mail archive management programm that
has a CGI based user interface. It offers a simple
way to create, delete, and change mail archives as
well as for creating, deleting and manipulating
of folders containing mail archives. Also it comes
with a mail filter.
It's writen in perl and so far tested under Linux
only.
It's free. Current version is 0.1.03.
