Thanks to Bob Friesenhahn, this version handles @image better, has more
consistent output, and a few other fixes. If any problems, send mail to me.
texi2html converts Texinfo documents to HTML. The Texinfo documentation
format is described in the manual that comes in the Texinfo
distribution, available at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/texinfo-3.11.tar.gz.
HTML is described at http://www.w3.org among other places.
texi2html is primarily the work of Lionel Cons at CERN. But since he
hasn't made a release in quite a while or answered my email about it, I
thought I would release small improvements I and others have made.

P.S. For those who may be curious , the plan is still for the next
release of makeinfo to have HTML output built-in; a volunteer has
already written the code. That is desirable because then only one
program needs to understand Texinfo source. But at least until that
work is done, and probably for some time after in reality, this separate
script is useful.
