an Oracle database loading and population tool. DataMill enables the
population of enterprise schemas without the traditional overhead of
SQL*Load followed by complex post-processing.
DataMill takes input data files and allows arbitrary SQL and PL/SQL to
be executed as the data is loaded. Insert, update and delete jobs can
be implemented quickly using a DataMill control file aswell as complex
PL/SQL processing. DataMill also includes Virtual Table Technology
enabling fast lookup functions to be incorporated into a data
population process and removing the need for bespoke 3GL loaders.
DataMill is ideal for Data Warehousing, migration and rapid prototyping.
DataMill is available for Windows NT, and Unix platforms including
Solaris, HPUX, Sequent and Linux. Evaluation copies are available for
